3. Results

3.1 Addition of Fluoromalonates

We have been able to develop a new methodology for the addition of fluoromalonates to tetrahydroisoquinolines by a CDC approach using Rose Bengal and Green Light.

 

We explored the scope of the reaction with several tetrahydroisoquinolines:
